Heard Mr. Gaurav Panwar, learned counsel holding brief of Mrs. Prabha Naithani, learned counsel for the revisionist and Mr. Mohd. Azim, learned counsel for the respondent no.2. 3. Mr. Gaurav Panwar, Advocate appearing for the revisionist and Mr. Mohd. Azim, Advocate appearing for the respondent no.2 submitted that the present revision has been filed against the impugned judgment dated 30.01.2018, passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 26 of 2015 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. They further submitted that the present dispute has already been settled. 4. Mr. Gaurav Panwar, Advocate, on instructions, has requested to permit 2025:UHC:7862 Smt. Anita Badoni, the mother of the minor applicant, to withdraw the present revision. 5. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent no.2. 6.
