At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that now the order or writ Court dated 15.07.2025 passed in Writ A No. 7485 of 2025 has been complied with, therefore, application may be dismissed as infructuous. He lastly submitted that applicant was given joining at the basic scale acknowledging 28 years of service, therefore, he may be given liberty to challenge the same. 3. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 4. The contempt application is disposed of with aforesaid liberty. 5.
