She has challenged the order (Annexure-D to writ petition) as she is aggrieved of her repatriation from Zone Primary School, Kanigund, to Zone Primary School, Buihama. Having regard to the fact that petitioner is holding a civil post after regularized as General Line Teacher, this petition would fall within the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), as such, this petition stands transferred to CAT.
