After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to direct the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the stay application filed in Appeal No.D202513380001300 (Digvijay Singh Vs. Amit Kumar), under Section 15(2) of U.P. Regulation of Building Operations Act, 1958. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without interfering with the orders which are under challenged, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the stay application with in the aforesaid appeal, if possible on the next date fixed in the mater.
