The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to quash the notification dated 28.08.2025 issued by the unauthorized Election Officer/respondent no. 5 directing the election of the All India We Bankers Association, scheduled to be held on 13.09.2025. 2. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that since the election has already been conducted pursuant to the aforesaid notification, the present writ petition has now become infructuous and as such the same may be dismissed. 3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
