The writ petition appears to be wrongly filed before this Court since relief sought in this writ petition can be adjudicated by Controlling Authority under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, as the said authority has already passed an order dated 29.05.2023 in favour of petitioner, so far as payment of gratuity and interest is concerned. 3. At this stage, learned Senior Advocate appearing for Respondents-2 and 3, submits that in pursuance of said order payment has already deposited before said authority. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file appropriate application before concerned authority.
