Government Advocate (Crl.Side) 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.24351 of 2025 O R D E R The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C. in Crime No.52 of 2025 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is alleged that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint stating that he had been cheated by the petitioner to the tune of Rs.18lakhs under the guise of securing job in the Railways. 3.The very contents of the complaint indicate that the defacto complainant is also an accused for bribing the named accused persons to secure a Government Job in the Railways. Hence, while dismissing the Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail, this Court directs the respondent police to probe the matter and take action against the defacto complainant, if he had attempted to secure the Railway Job by bribing the accused persons.
