JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 24/03/2025 Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the advertisement dated 26.03.2012 was abandoned/cancelled for the reason that the same was not issued in accordance with the relevant Rules and Regulations. It is further submitted by the respondents in their reply that fresh recruitment process will be initiated by the competent authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to refute the above said contention of the learned counsel for the respondents. In the light of above, taking note of the fact that lis in question does not survive and advertisement dated 26.03.2012 is [2025:RJ-JP:13241] (2 of 2) [CW-12312/2012] abandoned/cancelled with the direction that fresh selection process will be initiated by the respondents/competent authority.
