Case No. 126 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.647 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 103(1) & 238 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Manoranjan Kumar No.1, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. On 25.08.2024, husband of the informant namely Arjun Singh was murdered by unknown persons. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Chara Pahan and Sandeep Ganjhu have been released on bail by this Court earlier. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Manoranjan Kumar No.1, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.647 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
