(ORAL) The instant petition was filed on 04.10.2024 by Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Aggarwal, Advocate. The Registry had raised objection on the case file on 05.10.2024.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petitions on which objections are raised by the Registry are to be taken back by the counsel or the parties, who filed it, to be filed again, after removal of such objections, within a total period of forty days. Apparently, the case was not taken back for re-filing after removal of objections.
2.1. By notifying in the cause list, the Registry had requested the concerned Advocates to collect all their cases lying with objections.
