This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) A writ of mandamus for a direction to respondent no. 2 up ziladhikari Tamkuhiraj District Kushinagar to expedite hearing of case and decide the case of krisna Prasad Vs chairman nagar panchyat Tamkuhiraj District Kushinagar filed under section 67A(1) of U.P. revenue code 2006 /A-155 A of land record manual with regard to Gata no. 879 Ka. Area 0.012 hectare out of 0.0526 hectare situated in Gram Sabha Tamkuhiraj, Paragana sidhuwa Jobana Tahasil Tamkuhiraj District- Kushinagar." 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 67A(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before respondent no.2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid proceedings. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2-Up Ziladhikari, Tamkuhiraj, Kushinagar to conclude the proceedings pending under Section 67A(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
