Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 201 of 2023 arising out of Palkot P.S. Case No. 23 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Gumla. 3. On 14.05.2023 at about 5.00 a.m., Informant found his father-in-law and mother-in-law murdered in their house. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner that due to the previous land dispute, he might have committed murder of the deceased persons. 4. Learned A.P.P has submitted that the petitioner has also confessed his guilt. However, on specific query, he submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Gumla in connection with S.T.
