This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to direct the respondent concerned to movable, immovable property and Financial power of Madhyapradesh Vanvashi Seva Mandal, Mandla (M.P.) to Gram Bharti Janjai Seva Mandal Chhattisgarh, within stipulated.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the Registrar, Firms and Societies, Chhattisgarh has passed the order dated 22.09.2021 (Annexure P-4). The operative portion of the said order is as under : " वनवसी सीव मंडल, मंडल सीसीयटी मंध्यप्रदेश मं पंजीकृ त है। अत इसी सीसीयटी कृ सीबंध मं किकृसी प्रकृर कृ" जीच एव कृय%वहै कृ अधिधकृर रजिजीस्ट्रार फर्म्ससी% एव सीस्थाए, मंध्यप्रदेश कृ है इसी कृय%लय कृ नहै-। ऐसी स्थिस्थाधित मं छत्तीसीगढ़ मं पंजीयन नहै- हैन वल सीस्थाओं कृ छत्तीसीगढ़ शसीन द्वार कृई अन7देन / सीहैयत देन पंर छत्तीसीगढ़ सीसीयटी रजिजीस्ट्राकृरण अधिधकिनयमं 1973 कृ तहैत छत्तीसीगढ़ शसीन / रजिजीस्ट्रार फर्म्ससी% एव सीस्थाए, छत्तीसीगढ़ कृ किकृसी प्रकृर कृ" कृय%वहै कृ क्षेत्राधिधकृर नहै- हैग। उपंरक्त किवधिधकृ प्रवधन कृ दृधि>गत रखत हुए छत्तीसीगढ़ मं पंजीकृ त नहै- हैन वल सीस्थाओं कृ छत्तीसीगढ़ शसीन द्वार अन7देन प्रदेन किकृय जीन कृ सीबंध मं सीबंधिधत किवभाग द्वार उधिचत किनण%य लिलय जी सीकृत है।" 3. Learned counsel further contended that he wants to withdraw the instant petition in the light of order passed by the Registrar, Firms and Societies, Chhattisgarh with liberty to file representation before the concerned Department. 4 4.
