He contends that final order has already been passed in the succession case and there is remedy available to the petitioner to prefer appeal/revision according to the provisions of Indian Succession Act, 1925. 2) At this stage, Mr. Dwivedi seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to law. 3) Permission granted. 4) Consequently, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
