(ORAL) 1. Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the respondent(s) concerned, to decide the petitioner’s representation dated 18.07.2024 (Annexure P-2), as moved against Om Pati, Deepika and Naveen, SDO, Hansi, on account of theirs committing financial fraud with the government by generating fake work slips in labour ID No.OMP92924. 2. Upon notice, a short reply dated 06.05.2025, on affidavit of Mr. Vivek Batra, Deputy Secretary, Haryana Building and Other Constructions Workers’ Welfare Board, Panchkula, was filed before this Court on behalf of the respondent No.3. 3. The short reply makes disclosure that, the representation of the petitioner was duly examined and it was found that, the S.D.O., Hansi, never issued any work slips and the same are, in fact, forged work slips. In view of the above, since the petitioner’s representation has already been decided, therefore, the prayer made in the instant writ petition has become infructuous and no further direction is required to be passed. Therefore, the instant writ petition is closed. However, the respondent No.3 is directed to take final decision on the recovery notices (supra). 5. Disposed of accordingly.
