This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2, Sub JURLA Divisional Officer (Judicial), Shahganj, Jaunpur to execute the order dated 14.07.2025 passed in Case No.13806 of 2025 (Prahlad vs. Gram Panchayat & others) under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, exercising the power under Chapter-43 Para-460 of U.P. Revenue Court Manual within stipulated period from command of this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been finally decided on 14.07.2025, but the said order has not been executed and the land has not been demarcated till date. In para 8 of the writ petition, it has been stated that against the order dated 14.07.2025, no appeal has been preferred. 3. In view of the said fact as no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, writ petition is being disposed of directing the respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Officer (Judicial), Shahganj, Jaunpur to comply the order dated 14.07.2025 passed in Case No.13806 of 2025, under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in case there is no legal impediment, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified of this order. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
