Mr. T.C. Pandey, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Advocate for the respondents. Heard. It is the claim of the petitioner that post retirement dues are not being paid by the respondents-authorities.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did work post retirement, pursuant to the order dated 25.01.2024, but the fixed honorarium has not been paid.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the honorarium is to be paid to the petitioner, which would be paid within a month. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned counsel for the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents-authorities to pay the honorarium to the petitioner, which is payable to him, within a period of one month from today, in accordance with law.
