The instant petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 01.08.2025 passed by respondent no.1/Assistant Election Registration Officer, Shamli/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Oun, Shamli. It is further prayed to direct the respondents to not to interfere in teaching of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher in Junior Basic School, Khanpur, Jatan Dera Bhagerat Block Oun, District Shamli. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents submits that the controversy involved in the present petition has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its judgement and order dated 11.02.2025 passed in the case of Surya Pratap Singh vs. State of U.P. and others (Writ-A No. 16401 of 2024). In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of Surya Pratap Singh (supra). September 12, 2025 Rahul.
