We have gone through the application and find that the moving of this application for withdrawal is prompted for the failure of the petitioners to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 19th December 2024. Be that as it may, since the petitioners do not wish to pursue this petition, as such, the application is allowed. Writ petition WP (C) No. 2847/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh only if there is a fresh cause of action.
