The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I. An order or direction, directing the Court concern i.e., District Judge Hapur, to decide/ expedite the Stay Application dated 7-8-2025 under Order 41, Rule 5 read with Under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) filed in Civil Appeal No.156 of 2022, i.e. Smt. Radha Shishodia Alias Pinky & Another Versus Sunil Kumar Sharma, within some stipulated period in the interest of justice." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that stay application is pending since 7.8.2025 and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the District Judge Hapur to consider and decide the aforementioned stay application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mukesh Chandra Yadav, Phool Singh Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt.
