Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent no.2/ Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, but till date, it has not been decided. The respondent no.2/ Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, may be directed to decide it within a stipulated time, by a reasoned and speaking order. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representation filed by the petitioner will be decided by the respondents within a period of 2 weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned counsel for the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 2 weeks from today, by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.
