Tiwari, A.P.P. --- 03/07.05.2025 Heard Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Abhay Kr. Tiwari, learned A.P.P. This appeal is directed against the order dated 10.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Bermo at Tenughat in B.P. No.32 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for grant of bail of the appellant has been rejected. During search conducted at Dumri Phusro road, a car bearing registration No. BR01PD-6021 was intercepted and on search, huge quantity of explosive substances were recovered. It has been submitted that the appellant has been implicated on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is in custody since 22.01.2025 and one of the co-accused Uma Shankar Prasad has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.5726 of 2019. Learned A.P.P has though opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant, but has not disputed the aforesaid fact. Regard being had to the above, we while setting aside the order dated 10.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Bermo at Tenughat in B.P. No.32 of 2025, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Nawadih P.S. Case No.13 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No.202 of 2019. This appeal is allowed and disposed of. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J) (Ambuj Nath, J) Jay- Rahul/
