Whereas, the proceeding in MC(Cont.Cas(C))No.37 of 2025 has been initiated and wherein in this proceeding seeking for amendment of the cause title which is indicating in the aforesaid application. However, keeping in view the submission made by the learned DSGI and equally the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and more so the reasons stated are found to be justifiable and also acceptable. Hence, the proceeding in MC(Cont.Cas(C))No.37 of 2025 is hereby considered and allowed in the interest of justice.
