Learned counsel, Mr. Partha Sarthy that the counsel for the petitioner on record passed away during Covid period and the said fact was not in the notice of the petitioner. Therefore, he was instructed by the petitioner for taking necessary steps. On the said ground, this Court adjourned the matter to 25.03.2025.

1. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Though, it is reported by the Learned counsel, Mr. Partha Sarthy, that he is going to take steps for appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In spite of posting the matter as a last indulgence, today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
