Though the learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that substantially, the order of this Court 27.08.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.17051 of 2019 has stood complied with, however there is some dispute with regard to partial non- removal of the encroachment in question. 2. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his subsisting grievances.
