Heard Sri Vishesh Rajvanshi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Dinesh Kumar Bhaskar, learned counsel for petitioners and Ms. Anjali Upadhyay, learned counsel for respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed by 75 persons and accompanied by an affidavit of petitioner No.1 only, wherein he has declared that details mentioned in the paragraph No.4 also is based on his personal knowledge. The said paragraph says that all petitioners are working on contract basis since 2010. 3. At this stage, rightly pointed out by learned counsel for respondents that the petitioner No.1 has declared his present age to be about 26, therefore, he cannot be appointed in the year 2010, when he was aged about 16 years, therefore, it is not a correct declaration even for petitioner No.1 and there is no specific declaration about date of appointment of other writ petitioners, as such the petitioner No.1 has tried to mislead the Court by making false avermments and declaration, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed and since writ petition is filed by 75 persons, therefore, each petitioner shall pay Rs.1000/- as a cost and petitioner No.1 will pay Rs.1 lac as a cost within seven days in the account of Allahabad High Court Legal Services Committee. 4. A copy of receipt shall be placed on record. Otherwise, the Registrar (General) will take coercive measures to recover the cost imposed on petitioners, in accordance with law. September 19, 2025 P.
