Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 76 of the B.N.S. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that petitioner used to talk to her minor daughter aged about 14 years on the pretext that he will marry her. Further, on coming to know the informant reprimanded her daughter. It is next alleged that on 10.08.2025 at 7.30 P.M. when Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73881 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/3 her daughter was returning home from the shop, the petitioner started following her and grabbed her hand and tried to kiss, but her daughter raised alarm when villagers came and caught the petitioner and on next day, the police was informed. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that victim knew the petitioner and used to talk to him which was disliked by the petitioner, as such, the present false case came to be instituted. It is also submitted that informant realizing her mistake has compromised the case. 5. Learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73881 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 3/3 pending/successor Court in connection with Katoriya P. S. Case No.248 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S. 7.
