Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2 to decide the Case No. 4436 of 2024 (Raispal Singh Vs. Rajendra Singh), U/s 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006 which is pending before the respondent no.2 since 04.05.2018 expeditiously and within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that partition suit filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration which is registered as Case No.4436 of 2024. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Jalesar, District- Etah to decide the Case No.4436 of 2024, filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
