(Oral) It is the case of the petitioner that she has completed her nursing education as per the norms established by the Indian Nursing Council, but she is not being registered with the Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council. She had given representation on 02.04.2025 and 23.06.2025, Annexure No. 6 and 7 respectively to the respondent Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council, but no decision has been taken. Therefore, petitioner seeks relief that the representations may be decided by the respondent Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already undergone nursing course as per the norms, but she is not being registered by the Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council, despite the representations given by her. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that the representations of the petitioner will be decided within four weeks from today. 2 5. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned State Counsel. 6. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the representations of the petitioners within four weeks from today.
