CRM-M-49780-2025 1, This petition has been filed under Section 483 BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.207 dated 24.05.2019, registered under Sections 302, 120-B, 201 IPC, at Police Station Azad Nagar, Hisar. 2. In compliance of the order dated 11.09.2025, passed by this Court, compliance report by way of an affidavit of Inspector Dalbir Singh, Station House Officer, Police Station Azad Nagar, Hisar on behalf of respondent-State has been filed. As per prosecution, the allegations against the petitioner are that she alongwith other co-accused murdered Suman by administering poison. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and she has not committed any offence. Learned counsel further submits that the FIR has been registered after six months of the incident. The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2023. 5. Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner in the Court today and the same is taken on record. As per custody certificate, the petitioner is in custody for the last 01 year 09 months and 18 days. 6. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 7. The complainant and the other material witness have been examined. As per the status report, the petitioner is suffering from breast Carcinoma which is Metastatic spread to the brain and she requires long term Oncological care and regular Chemotherapy/Radiothreapy and close follow-up. 8. Keeping in view the above and the facts that the complainant and the other material witness have been examined; the petitioner is in custody for the last 01 year 09 month and 18 days; she is suffering from breast cancer and requires long term Oncological care and regular Chemotherapy/Radiothreapy and close follow-up and the continuous detention of the petitioner would not serve the ends of justice, therefore, this Court deems it a fit case to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner during the pendency of the trial. 9.
