Learned State counsel submits that the State has filed LPA No. 2185- 2024 before Division Bench of this Court against order/judgment dated 02.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-23653-2017 and the operation of impugned order has been stayed, vide order dated 10.09.2024. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the above factual position, as on date, no contempt is made out and accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4. Needless to say that petitioner can avail remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, after the decision of LPA No. 2185-2024. 5. Pending application (s) if any also stands disposed of.
