The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: " To direct the concerned revisional court/ District Judge Prayagraj to summon the original records of trial court by decide the pending stay application dated 8.7.2025 in Civil revision No.75 of 2025 Rajesh Dwivedi versus Smt. Madhu Dwivedi and 14 others arising out of original Suit No. 1610 of 2010 Pt Ramesh Kumar Dwivedi versus Smt. Brij Rani Devi and others on the next date fixed or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid revision is pending consideration. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
