This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to prepare preferential list for allotment of fishery lease in according to Rule 57 (5) of U.P. Revenue Code Rules 2006 and thereafter, grant the fishery lease in favour of the petitioner, with regard to plot no. 492kha area 0.364 hectare, situated at village Rasoolpur Soni, Pargana-Karari, Tehsil-Manjhanpur, District-Kaushambi. II. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Manjhanpur (respondent no. 3) to take final decision in the application dated 02.09.2025 filed by the petitioner expeditiously, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, no such direction can be issued to respondent authorities. 3.
