The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the entire impugned charge sheet dated 15.06.2022, cognizance & summoning order dated 17.06.2022 passed by learned In-Charge Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra as well as entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 13130 of 2022 (State vs. Jayveer Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 461 of 2021, under Sections 388, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 504, 506, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Hari Parvat, District Agra, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra. 3. After argument at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file a better petition. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. Certified copy, if any, be returned as per rules.
