Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2/ Sub-Divisional Officer/Assistant Collector, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj, to decide the Case No. 4759 of 2016, Computerise Case No. T20160203024759 Lalmani Singh and others Vs Badri Prasad and others, under section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, expeditiously as possible as within stipulated time fixed by the Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a declaration suit under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Sub-Divisional Officer/Assistant Collector, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj to decide the Case No. 4759 of 2016, Computerise Case No. T20160203024759 (Lalmani Singh and others Vs Badri Prasad and others) under section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
