The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction to direct learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Ghazipur to decide the application(12ga²) dated 12.08.2025 of the petitioner, expeditiously within some stipulated time or next date of listing in the O.S. No.209 of 2025 (Krishan Murai Rai Vs Usha Tiwari and others) for cancellation of sale deed of alleged property, which is pending before the learned civil judge (S.D.), Ghazipur." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid application (12Ga 2) is pending consideration and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.), Ghazipur to consider and decide the aforesaid application (12Ga 2), in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the concerned parties as well as giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Chandra Bhushan Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : Krishan Murai Rai .....Petitioner(s) Usha Tiwari And 6 Others .....Respondent(s) without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
