CMP No. 8357 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No. 3 Aanchal Negi for discharging her natural guardian/non-applicant-respondent No. 1 Seema Negi from representing her with further prayer to permit her to pursue the matter in her own capacity. Copies of date of birth certificate and Secondary School Examination Certificate, have been placed on record indicating that respondent No. 3- Aanchal has attained majority on 16.9.2021. In view of above, application is allowed and respondent No. 1 Seema Negi is discharged from representing applicant/respondent No. 3 Aanchal Negi and respondent No.3 is permitted to pursue the matter in her own capacity. The application is disposed of. CMP No. 8360 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No. 3 Aanchal Negi for release of amount deposited in the Registry of this Court. Main appeal stands decided on 19.12.2008. No objection has been communicated for allowing the application. Therefore, present application is allowed and amount falling in share of applicant/respondent No. 3 Aanchal Negi, as per final judgment passed by the Courts, is ordered to be released in her favour alongwith up to date interest, by remitting the same in her bank account, mentioned in para 4 of the application.
