Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 24.02.2025, while the a/a facfo complainant was watching social media like facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other media, one posani Krishna Murali, who belongs to Cine Industry, is alleged to have made adverse comments on Cine Industry and prestigious Nandi Awards by making derogatory Statements against Kamma Caste and members of Nandi Awards Committee.
