The controversy raised in the present matter has already been adjudicated by this Court in CWP-27534-2025 titled as Dharambir and Others Vs. State of Haryana and Others decided on 16.09.2025, in which it is held as under:- “3. Keeping in view the entire conspectus of the case, it is held that the petitioners, who completed one year of continuous satisfactory service as on 30th June, would be entitled to the benefit of annual increment in terms of law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in C.P.Mundinamani (supra), as has been clarified in the case of M. Siddaraj (supra), vide order dated 20.02.2025. The benefits found due in terms of the aforesaid judgment shall be released to those petitioners by the State, within a period of three months. However, where the petitioners, who have completed six months or less than a year, after availing last annual increment in his year of retirement, would not be entitled to any relief. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners states that a contrary view in the matter has been taken by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 16.04.2024 passed in CWP-8364-2024 titled as Suresh Kumar Singla and Others Vs. State of Haryana and Others. The said judgment has been put to challenge by the State of Haryana before the Hon’ble Supreme and its operation has been stayed. 3. In view of the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 16.09.2025 passed in the case of Dharambir and Others (Supra). However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the present petition in the event the Hon’ble Apex Court takes a different view in the matter with what has been taken by this Court. 4. All pending applications, if any, in this case are disposed of accordingly.
