PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition under Section 483(1)(b) of B.N.S.S., has been filed by the petitioner/A4, seeking modification of the conditions in the bail order vide Crl.M.P.No.107/2024 dated 02.02.2024 on the file learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam and permit the petitioner to deposit the surety bond amount of Rs.5,000/- with one surety instead of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties. 2. The above said crime was registered against the petitioner/A4 herein and others in Cr.No.355/2019 of Kasimkota Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b(ii)(B) r/w 8(c) of NDPS Act, 1985. 2 3. Without going into the merits of the case, this criminal petition is filed only seeking modification of conditions in the bail orders in Crl.M.P.No.107/2024 dated 02.02.2025 on the file of learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. When ascertained, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the contraband involved in this Crime is more than 100 kgs. 5. Considering the involvement of huge quantity of contraband and the petitioner was only directed to furnish self bond for Rs.25,000/- with a single surety, this Court do not see any reason to modify the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. 6.
