Srivastava, Advocate for Respondent-3 and Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, Advocate for Respondent-4. 2. Petitioner has claimed that he is a Member of Society, namely, Multipurpose Primary Agricultural Credit Cooperative Society, Village Markuwa, Block Gursarai, Tehsil Garautha, District Jhansi and has challenged the transfer of Respondent-5 from another society to present society as Cadre Secretary, alleging that it was in violation of Regulation 36(c) of U.P. Primary Agricultural Credit Cooperative Society Regulations, 1978. 3. At this stage, the Court does not find that petitioner has a locus to approach directly to this Court before any decision is taken by concerned Respondent-3, i.e., Member Secretary. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of that in case petitioner files a detail representation alongwith necessary documents, the concerned respondent will take a decision in accordance with law expeditiously.
