The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the case had been registered in Crime No.121 of 2025 against one Nihmath Nisa, alleging that she had cheated several persons by offering land for lease and collecting money. In her confession statement, she has mentioned this petitioner as a person to whom a portion of the money was given. 4. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
