Learned counsel for respondents submits that in case any claim of petitioner is pending, the same will be considered in accordance with law and in case of any legal impediment, same will be informed to petitioner within a period of 4 weeks. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner has not disputed above submissions. 5. Considering aforesaid submissions and without entering into merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that respondents will take a decision on the claim of petitioner for pension and other retiral benefits within a short period.
