Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that speaking order dated 19.09.2025 has been passed by the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula, as such, order dated 14.05.2025 stands complied with. He has submitted a copy of the same, which is taken on record. Another copy is supplied to the opposite counsel. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place. 3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid speaking order, as per law. 4.
