Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “Under the above circumstances, it is humbly prayed that the writ petition may be allowed; And (A) a writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ may be issued commanding the opposite parties more particularly to the State Project Director, Odisha School Education Programme Authority, Bhubaneswar opposite party No.2 to consider the case of the petitioner for verification of original documents notwithstanding the stipulation made in the notification dated 16.01.2024 read with the office order dated 14.07.2024 issued by the State Project Director, Odisha School Education Programme Authority, Bhubaneswar under respectively as Annexures:7 8 Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El. Ed.) Certificate obtained by her from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is a valid one in view of the order dated 10.12.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Review Petition (Diary No.4961 of 2024 Page 2 of 2. arising out of Civil Appeal No.7873 of 2023) under Annexure: 10 series and since the petitioner has been selected she may be called upon to participate for Certificate Verification and thereafter she may be issued with appointment order for the post of Junior Teacher (Schematic) Category-1 against U.R (W) Category as her name finds place at Sl. No.183 of the select list against U.R. (W) Category in respect of Nabarangpur District under Annexure:6, within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.; (B) And any other or order / orders direction/directions may be issued so as to give complete relief to the petitioner; And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound remain ever pray.” 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though highlighting her grievances, Petitioner has filed an application at Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition before the Opp. Party No. 2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No. 2 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period. 5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No. 2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law taking into account Annexure-10 series, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner. 6.
