Petitioner has assailed order granting anticipatory bail on the ground opposite party no.2 had undertaken to pay Rs.50,000/- per month as maintenance allowance. 2. It is trite law condition directing payment of maintenance allowance cannot be imposed on an accused while granting pre-arrest bail. Non-compliance of such direction, in our estimation, would not justify cancellation of anticipatory bail1. 3. CRM (DB) 531 of 2025 is accordingly, dismissed. (Gaurang Kanth, J.)
