(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS seeking quashing of FIR No. 119 dated 04.06.2012, under Sections 406/420/120-B/34 of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Rampura, District Rewari (Annexure P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise and affidavits dated 31.07.2012 (Annexures P-2 to P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of FIR(supra) on merits as respondent No. 3 is not coming forward to depose in terms of the compromise even after receiving the settled amount in terms of the settlement/compromise. In view of the above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
