For Petitioner : Mr.C.Prakasam For Respondent(s): Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate Crl.side https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 18093 of 2025 ORDER This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in para No.7 [a] (i) to (iii) in Crl.OP.No.20124 of 2025 dated 07.08.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the homes mentioned in para No.7 [a] (i) to (iii) in Crl.OP.No.20124 of 2025 dated 07.08.2025 are not functioning at present and thereby he was unable to comply with the said conditions. Hence, he seeks for necessary modification of the condition. 3.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed in para No.7 [a] (i) to (v) is deleted and the same is modified as follows:- [a] petitioner shall donate 25 bags of rice (each bag containing 50 kilograms) to the following orphanages and shall produce the proof of donation before the learned Magistrate concerned at the time of executing the sureties: (i) Mahatma Karunai Illam Royal City, Amaravathipalayam, Dharapuram Road, Tiruppur (ii) Happy Karunai Illam, 5/109 D.Vellaipillayar, Kovilmedu, Velliravelli, Kunnathur, Tiruppur. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 18093 of 2025 4.
