By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the word ISKON appeared in the order dated 29.01.2025 passed in WP(C) 308/2024. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and perusal of the order dated 29.01.2025, it appears that the name of the society namely International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), has been inadvertently written as ISKON, whereas, the correct short form of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness is ISKCON. Thus, the short form ISKON be corrected as ISKCON in the order dated 29.01.2025. Accordingly, the name of the society be read as “ISKCON” instead of “ISKON” for all purposes in the said order dated 29.01.2025. I.A. is allowed and disposed of.
