Learned counsel for the respondents’ states that an order has since been passed which has been appended with the compliance report dated 11.03.2024 filed by way of affidavit of Dr. Manoj Kumar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Sonipat.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition and seeks liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
